Visions Login Security Notice

For all of our members that use online banking at Visions, we are enhancing our Login security in compliance with Federal guidelines. To further ensure the online security of your financial assets and information, we will be introducing the new security features in November-December 2006. When this new service is introduced, you will be asked to:

  • Make up a User Name which you will use thereafter in place of your account number when logging on to “My CU Accounts".

  • Select three identity verification questions and provide personal responses to the questions you select. The question(s) are used to verify your identity and avoid ID theft when the computer credentials do not match your typical computer or IP address.

After completing these simple steps, in the future you will enter your personally selected User Name instead of the Visions account number you have used in the past, for example you will login using a name that you have selected such as "johndoe1" instead of your account number.

Visions is pleased that we can offer these security enhancements. We are proud that our members have chosen to trust us with their finances, and we consider the protection of their assets to be our highest priority.

We will provide more information and details about this new service on the Login web page of Account Access https://www.visionsfcu.com/cgi-bin/mcw000.cgi?MCWSTART which you get to from the My CU Accounts (LOGIN) link on the Home page of our website.

Note that this new online security enhancement does not affect Phone Access Teller (PAT) but will affect Member Access Terminal (MAT) users.

This security improvement is known as Multi Factor Authentication and is a compliance measure with the Federal guidelines set forth by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and FFIEC.
