For all of our members looking for more convenience, you can simply dial PAT and perform more than 90 different transactions over the phone. It’s free! And it’s easy and secure from anywhere in the United States and beyond! As you may know, we added speech recognition for hands-free transactions and have layered security during login for safety.

Simply perform the following steps:

• Dial PAT 757-9411 or (800)638-8848 in NY State or (800)843-2892 outside NY State;
• Enter your member account number;
• Enter your password;
• Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

That’s it, once you’ve logged-in then you have access to virtually all the transactions you need for your daily or monthly business. Transactions include verifying your balance, paying your credit card, bill payment, mortgage payment, transfer money, and many others. There are no other changes and you do not have to do anything to set it up. The transaction menu and full feature options are easy to navigate.
