| Login change for PAT – Phone Teller 757-9411 |
For all of our members that use our phone access teller (PAT) and touch tone option at Visions, we are enhancing our online security in the login process to access your account. This security improvement is known as Multi Layer Authentication and is in a compliance measure with the Federal guidelines set forth by the FFIEC and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
As of February 6, 2007, this is the new PAT Login process:
- For touch tone login, you will be asked to enter your Member Account Number (ex: 12345678) and PIN Access Code (ex: 1234) as usual (same as before);
- Then you will be prompted to enter the last 4-digits of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, for example if your SSNum is 111-22-3333 then you must enter 3333 at the new prompt in order to Login.
That’s it, just another password prompt and you will be logged-in. There are no other changes. The transaction menu and full feature options are still the same.
