A web-enabled cell phone typically has a built-in mini-browser, sometimes called a micro-browser, which is capable of loading a web page corresponding to a URL. Once you have a web enabled cell phone, you need to invoke the mini-browser, and pick the option that allows you to enter a URL and then bookmark it. Some carriers also let you enter a bookmark from their web site, via their online services. This procedure varies for each type of cell phone, and is usually described in the cell phone manual.
