Attention Bill Payment Users: As of 10/1/2002, you no longer need separate usernames and passwords for your Bill Payment and VisionLine accounts. You are now able to log on to "Account Access" and select Bill Payment from within VisionLine. This enhancement requires that all Bill Payment users have the ability to log on to VisionLine. If you do not currently have the ability to log on to VisionLine, please select "Account Access" and follow the directions at the bottom of the page to establish an account. Without this ability, you will not be able to access your Bill Payment account.
